Our broker commissions

In the successful case the broker is qualified for a commission fee usual in Spain at the rate of 5% plus 16% of VAT at the purchase price. The seller carries this.
This commission is included in the mentioned purchase price from the offers of Mallorca Spirit Immobilien.
At rentals the tenant pays 1.5 net-monthly rent broker's commission plus 16% of legal sales tax (VAT). This broker's commission becomes due by conclusion of rental contracts to residential objects. The same regulation is valid with rental contracts and lease contracts to commercial use.
